Process
Send us a plan of your site
- We will look over plans,
- find out if there the required power and fiber connections and were!
- determine if upgrades are needed, poles moved, new Orion box's or in some cases a transformer on site.
- create communal lighting plans to pass R.C. (we can offer cost effective solutions such as removing landlord supplies to power lighting etc)
- create a working drawing of services and locations
- show where builders should install sleeves through the slab, taking into account length of runs, fire ratings, issue with ROW consent and easements.
- create a fixed price quote
- issue a breakdown of costs, "time frames" and what may be required if not a straightforward site
- we can apply for your temporary builders site power and perm connections (we generally do this as soon as clients know about the jobs as Orion can take up to60 working days for approvals)
From this your team can see we have the cheapest builder's temp powerset up in town, are efficient and cost effective at services.
If you choose us, we will deal directly with site manager and or the drain layers, so we turn up when needed.
After each job your office receive photos and drawings of laid plans, Certification and peace of mind.
